It is useable in all Reinforced concrete and Non Reinforced concrete and basically all the cases that need special specs like resistance towards striking Ions and hydration heat are not considered. Because of high primary and final resistance especially in cases that need for faster opening and transferring of formwork of concrete is proposed it is used in building concrete silos as well. Also because of high amount of Phase C3S and as a result of produced heat the cement can be used in winter mild climate and thanks to this , this kind of cement is used cautiously in hot areas where the danger of increasing concrete temperature exists.

- Because of hydration reaction in low speed in this type of cement less heat is produced. So this type of cement can be used in almost massive structures like large pillars of big bridges and heavy retaining walls.
- Using this type of cement increases the temperature, this specialty is important in formwork in hot weather.
- In addition to aforesaid cased in all the cases that Portland cement type 1 is applied I mean this type of cement can be used where a special cautious action is not considered.
